Tiger Moth World is owned and operated by former airline pilot Randy Walsh and Sandra Walsh. Randy has over 40 years flying experience in the region - from grass roots aviation though to jets. It has always been a passion for Randy to own and operate his own private airfield in their home town of Torquay. It is a spectacular part of the coast and the Walshes can now share that passion with the thousands of visitors to the region.

Tiger Moth World has become a "must do" with many international visitors and they all claim that it's the absolute highlight of their holiday. And, now with "Tiger Cam" they can actually take the whole experience home on DVD.

Torqair Pty. Ltd. (now trading as Tiger Moth World) was established in 1990 and has now completed over 20,000 flights with an impeccible safety record. The Torquay airfield is a lovingly recreated grass aerodrome, specifically developed for biplanes and abutts the beautiful Great Ocean Road foreshore. The action all happens literally metres away from the viewing area. Tiger Moth World now boasts the best facility in Australia for biplane Adventure Flights. Over the past several years, more adventure attractions have been added to include Tandem Skydiving, a family Adventure Park and Extreme Aerobatic Flights ... pretty much something for everyone.
